Company Information
Company information is used to personalize your LetsLigo experience and generate tailored emails.
Edit Information
- Go to Settings > Company Information
- Modify the desired fields
- Click on "Save"
Available Fields
- Company Name: Your company name
- Business Sector: Your business sector
- Slogan: Your company slogan
- Target Clients: Description of your ideal clients
- Offers/Services: Your main offers
- Value Proposition: The value you bring to your clients
- Brochure URL: Link to your PDF brochure
- Promotional phrase: Promo code, discount or promotional message to automatically insert in emails. The AI places it in the best location (often after the signature).
- Tone of generated emails: Choose between formal (vous/votre) or informal (tu/ton). This setting determines how the AI addresses the recipient in generated emails.
Usage
This information is used to:
- Personalize generated emails (content and tone: formal or informal)
- Automatically insert the promotional phrase in generated emails (promo code, discount, tool promotion)
- Automatically fill certain fields
- Improve AI enrichment accuracy
You can modify this information at any time. Changes will be taken into account for new contacts and generated emails.
