Which plan should I pick?

Free is for proving meeting → record → first message: test capture, AI enrichment, and a light CRM integration with a small monthly card limit.

Move to Pro when networking is regular: higher card quota, emails without LetsLigo branding, built-in CRM (pipeline, tasks), and LinkedIn for invites and relationship follow-up.

Team fits small groups sharing the same post-event workflow—one shared view of who to ping, fewer rogue spreadsheets.

API, MCP and Zapier are available from the Pro plan. Enterprise covers high volume, expanded team management and custom contracts.

Can I pay annually?

Yes—annual billing is available on paid plans with a discount versus monthly. Switch from your subscription screen.

How do I cancel or change plans?

Manage everything from your workspace: upgrade, downgrade, or cancel according to the terms shown at purchase. Support answers within one business day if needed.
