By accessing the LetsLigo Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these ToU, our Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these ToU.

LetsLigo is an intelligent contact management platform that allows you to:

• Scan and digitise business cards using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies
• Automatically enrich contact information using artificial intelligence
• Manage and organise your professional contacts
• Integrate your contacts with external CRM systems and send automated emails

AI-based features

The application uses artificial intelligence algorithms to enrich contacts from public sources and generate personalised emails. These services are provided as an aid; the user remains responsible for the content sent.

You agree to use the Service in a lawful manner, in compliance with these ToU and applicable laws.

User obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password
• Use the Service only for lawful and professional purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of LetsLigo and third parties
• Obtain the consent of third parties before entering their data or ensure that such collection is justified by a legitimate interest

Prohibitions

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access the Service or its systems without authorisation
• Reproduce, copy or resell the Service without authorisation
• Use robots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service without authorisation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify LetsLigo of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

LetsLigo offers various subscription plans with different features and limits.

Subscription plans

The prices and features of each plan are described on our pricing page. Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect your current subscription.

Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the chosen period (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account management area.

All content, features, technologies, trademarks and other elements of the Service are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to LetsLigo or its partners.

You benefit from a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service. You do not acquire any ownership rights over the Service by using it. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Service without prior written authorisation. Any reproduction or attempt to resell is prohibited.

LetsLigo collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data under the conditions described.

To the extent permitted by law, LetsLigo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

LetsLigo endeavours to deliver a service that conforms to its description. In accordance with French law, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. LetsLigo does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or free from occasional technical errors.

LetsLigo reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this page.

Significant changes will be notified to you by email. An archived version of the ToU will be available on request. Your continued use of the Service after publication of the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account management area or by contacting our support. You may export your data before deletion.

LetsLigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these ToU, without notice or refund.

An account inactive for 24 months may be deleted after email notification. Data is retained for 3 years after account deletion to comply with legal obligations, in accordance with our privacy policy.

These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these ToU shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

In accordance with European legislation, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

If any provision of these ToU is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

LetsLigo's failure to exercise any right under these ToU shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

By using the business card scanning service, you declare that you have obtained the information during a legitimate professional interaction and have the consent or legitimate interest to use it. You agree not to scan or import cards or information for which you do not have such authorisation.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you scan and the use you make of it. You must ensure that any use or communication addressed to contacts complies with applicable data protection and anti-spam laws.

LetsLigo shall not be held responsible towards third parties whose data is imported or scanned by a user. You agree to indemnify LetsLigo against any claim or damage resulting from your failure to comply with the obligations mentioned above.

You remain the owner of the contacts you record. You grant LetsLigo a non-exclusive licence to process this data (storage, organisation, enrichment, synchronisation) in order to provide the service. LetsLigo acts as a processor for this data.

Where relevant, you must inform your contacts about the processing of their data (purpose, rights). Tools (email templates, notice) may be provided by LetsLigo to facilitate this information.

You must comply with laws on commercial prospecting and retain proof of consent or legitimate interest of the data subjects.
