Email Settings
Email settings allow you to personalize emails generated by LetsLigo.
Signature
Configure your email signature that will be automatically added to the end of each generated email.
You can use variables:
{{user_firstname}}: Your first name{{user_lastname}}: Your last name{{company_name}}: Your company name
Appointment booking link
Add your appointment booking link to allow contacts to easily schedule a meeting with you.
Brochure
Add a link to your PDF brochure and a display name. This link can be included in generated emails.
Header and Footer
Add content that will be automatically added at the beginning (header) or end (footer) of each generated email.
How to Configure
- Go to Settings > Email Settings
- Fill in the desired fields
- Use the "Preview" button to see what your email will look like
- Click on "Save"
