If a team member contacts a client, you can immediately see in the history what was done, without needing to ask them.
Example 3: Context Reminder
A few months after meeting someone, you can check the history to remember where you met them, what was discussed, and what emails were exchanged.
💡 Tip: History is particularly useful for contacts you meet at events. You can quickly see all interactions since the first meeting.
