Search and Filters
LetsLigo offers powerful tools to quickly find the contacts you're looking for.
Search
The search bar allows you to search in:
- Contact name
- Company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Associated tags
Search is performed in real-time as you type.
CRM Pipeline Filters
Contact filters are based on your configured CRM pipeline. The dropdown menu displays all states from your custom pipeline.
Default Filter: "All contacts" displays all your contacts without any filter.
Custom Filters
The available filters depend on your CRM pipeline configuration. For example, if you've configured a pipeline with the following stages:
- New Contact
- Qualified Contact
- Engaged
- Opportunity
- Client
- Retention / Expansion
- Lost / Dormant
These stages will appear as filter options in the dropdown menu.
Pipeline Configuration
To customize your filters, you need to configure your CRM pipeline in Settings > CRM > CRM Pipeline. Each stage you create automatically becomes an available filter.
Note: CRM pipeline configuration is only available with Pro and Expert plans.
Combining Search + Filters
You can combine text search with pipeline filters to further refine your results. For example, search for "John" and filter by "Client" to find all contacts named John who are clients.
