Roles and Permissions

LetsLigo offers three role levels to manage access in your workspace.

Viewer

The Viewer role allows:

  • View all contacts
  • See contact details
  • Access the dashboard

The Viewer role cannot:

  • Modify contacts
  • Scan new cards
  • Modify settings

Editor

The Editor role can do everything a Viewer can do, plus:

  • Scan new cards
  • Modify existing contacts
  • Add notes and tasks
  • Manage CRM pipeline
  • Configure connectors
  • Modify email and SMTP settings

The Editor role cannot:

  • Manage team
  • Modify billing settings
  • Change plan

Administrator

The Administrator role has full access and can:

  • Do everything an Editor can do
  • Manage team members
  • Modify billing settings
  • Change plan
  • Access all features

Modify Roles

Only administrators can modify member roles. You cannot modify your own role.

Tips

Assign the most restrictive role possible according to each member's needs. You can always promote a member later if necessary.
