Invite Members

The Expert plan allows you to invite members to your workspace to collaborate.

Availability

Member invitations are only available with the Expert plan.

How to Invite

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click on "Invite Member"
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Select the role (Viewer, Editor or Administrator)
  5. Click on "Send Invitation"

Available Roles

  • Viewer: Can view contacts but cannot modify them
  • Editor: Can modify contacts and use CRM features
  • Administrator: Full access, can manage team and settings

Accepting Invitation

The invited person will receive an email with a link to join the workspace. They can:

  • Sign in with their existing account
  • Create a new account if they don't have one

Managing Invitations

You can:

  • View pending invitations
  • Resend an invitation
  • Cancel an invitation
  • Modify a member's role
  • Remove a member from the workspace
