Invite Members
The Expert plan allows you to invite members to your workspace to collaborate.
Availability
Member invitations are only available with the Expert plan.
How to Invite
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click on "Invite Member"
- Enter the person's email address
- Select the role (Viewer, Editor or Administrator)
- Click on "Send Invitation"
Available Roles
- Viewer: Can view contacts but cannot modify them
- Editor: Can modify contacts and use CRM features
- Administrator: Full access, can manage team and settings
Accepting Invitation
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join the workspace. They can:
- Sign in with their existing account
- Create a new account if they don't have one
Managing Invitations
You can:
- View pending invitations
- Resend an invitation
- Cancel an invitation
- Modify a member's role
- Remove a member from the workspace
