Task Management

The task system allows you to track actions to be performed for each contact.

Availability

Tasks are only available with Pro and Expert plans.

Task Types

  • Call: Call the contact
  • Email: Send an email
  • Meeting: Schedule a meeting
  • Follow-up: Do a follow-up
  • Other: Other type of task

Create a Task

  1. Open a contact's details page
  2. In the "Tasks" section, click on "Add Task"
  3. Fill in the information:
    • Task title
    • Task type
    • Due date
  4. Save

Manage Tasks

You can:

  • Mark a task as completed
  • Edit a task
  • Delete a task
  • View all your tasks on the dedicated page

Notifications

Overdue or soon-to-be-overdue tasks are highlighted to help you not forget anything.
