Task Management
The task system allows you to track actions to be performed for each contact.
Availability
Tasks are only available with Pro and Expert plans.
Task Types
- Call: Call the contact
- Email: Send an email
- Meeting: Schedule a meeting
- Follow-up: Do a follow-up
- Other: Other type of task
Create a Task
- Open a contact's details page
- In the "Tasks" section, click on "Add Task"
- Fill in the information:
- Task title
- Task type
- Due date
- Save
Manage Tasks
You can:
- Mark a task as completed
- Edit a task
- Delete a task
- View all your tasks on the dedicated page
Notifications
Overdue or soon-to-be-overdue tasks are highlighted to help you not forget anything.
