Account Setup
After creating your account, you will be guided through a 4-step onboarding process to personalize your LetsLigo experience and optimize contact enrichment.
Step 1: Company Identity
In this first step, you need to provide:
- Company Name: The name of your company or organization
- Business Sector: Select from the proposed sectors (Technology, Finance, Healthcare, etc.)
- Slogan (optional): A slogan that represents your company
- Tone of generated emails: Choose between formal (vous/votre) or informal (tu/ton) for AI-generated emails
Step 2: Your Targets and Offers
This step allows the AI to personalize generated emails:
- Target Clients: Describe your ideal clients
- Your Offers/Services: List your main offers
- Your Value Proposition: What value do you bring to your clients?
Step 3: Client References
Important: This step is crucial for effectively enriching your emails. Add concrete examples of clients, their needs, and your solutions:
- Client: The name or type of client (e.g., "50-employee company in the tech sector")
- Need: The client's need or problem (e.g., "Need to automate contact management")
- Solution: Your solution provided (e.g., "Implementation of a CRM with automatic integration")
These references will be used by the AI to generate more relevant and personalized emails, showing concrete use cases adapted to each contact. You can add multiple references to cover different types of clients and situations.
Step 4: Plan Selection
Choose the plan that matches your needs:
- Free: 5 cards/month, basic features
- Pro: 50 cards/month, advanced features (€29/month)
- Expert: Unlimited cards, all features (€99/month)
Tip: The more complete your profile (especially with client references), the more effective enrichment and email generation will be. You can modify this information later in your account settings.
