Share your card
Once your card is ready, it is publicly reachable through a unique link. Several ways to share it:
- The link: share your card's URL by message, email, or signature.
- The QR code: have it scanned during meetings or at events to open your card instantly.
- The vCard file: people download your details and add them to their address book in one tap.
"Add to Letsligo"
When a logged-in Letsligo user views your card, they can add it to their contacts in one click. Letsligo then copies your entire card — photo, contact details, job title, LinkedIn link, and company information (name, website) — straight into their address book, as if they had scanned your card.
Direct profile sharing between members
If your visitor is also logged in to Letsligo, they get a "Share my profile" button. In one click, their own complete card (photo, contact details, company) is pushed into your contacts. The exchange becomes mutual and immediate, with no typing at all.
Sharing for visitors without an account
A visitor without a Letsligo account can still leave you their details through the share form. They provide at least an email or a phone number (a valid email format is required), and can add their company, job title, and a message.
Where do received contacts go?
Anyone who shares their details through your card appears straight in My contacts, with a "to complete" status — exactly like a scanned card. You can then enrich the record, place it in your pipeline, and start following up.
Sharing is instant and two-way between Letsligo members: each person finds the other in their address book without retyping a single detail.
